| Hot Chai Latte 8 oz. Chai Tea Concentrate, heated Vanilla Cream 8 oz. Hot Milk Vanilla Cream 1 pt whipping cream/ 1/4 cup conf. sugar/ 1 tsp vanilla Whip cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar and vanilla and whip until stiff peaks form. Hold in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours. Makes one qt Fill serving cup with 4 oz. tea concentrate topped with 4 oz milk. Give it a slight twist with a spoon. Top with dollop of vanilla cream. Serve with splash of brandy or Irish Whisky. |
